Products Instructions of MF31 Full-Face Ball Type Mask for Respirator
1. Purpose
MF31 full-face ball type mask for respirator is a kind of main parts of self-positive pressure open type compressed air breathing apparatus. It is used for protecting the users’ face and the respiratory organs. The product can be formed a complete set with RHZK6.8/30 positive pressure type firefighting air respirator. And it also can be formed a complete set with other air feed devices of self-positive pressure open type compressed air breathing apparatus. It is widely used in fire fighting, chemical industry, metallurgy, shipping, military operations, counter-terrorism and emergency response operations at public places for self-protection and rescue operations.
2. Composition and Characteristic
MF31 full-face ball type mask for respirator designed of the full-face and monocular vision type. Its components are face blank、spherical lenses and fixation system. Fixed system consists of the hood cover and the connecting piece.
The hood sealing frame of the face piece is designed according to the Chinese adults’ head shape, and use the opposite direction fold style、easy airtight. It is wearing comfortable, and applicable to more than 95% of adult citizens to wear.
The spherical lens of the face piece is made from polycarbonate, and it has an open filed of vision、excellent property of optics and the ability to resist the impact. It used the structure of water-blocking cover to ensure the property of keeping the vision clearly.

4. Use and Maintenance
4.1 Check the face piece link button is fastened or not, and clean the spherical lens to ensure the transparency.
4.2 Face-seal check: Wear the mask, strain the harness, and now the person’s breathing should be normally. After obstructing the joint which is below the mask and connected with the air-feed valve, the person should breathe deeply, and feel dyspnea. That is just because the negative pressure forms in the mask. So we use this way to test the air tightness of the mask.
4.3 Make the mask which is qualified after the air tightness test to connect with the air-feed valve. Gas source is supplied by the cylinder the user carries.
4.4 After using the mask, the lens、the expiratory valve、the inhalation valve should be kept clean, if necessary, the mask need to be washed.
Warning: The mask is forbid from washing by the organic solvent.
5. Notice
5.1 The user should experience the professional training and be familiar with the properties of product.
5.2 When the sealing place between mask and face leak the air, the user should re-wear the hood and adjust the tightness of the harness.
5.3 The mask should be stored in the cool and dry place, and not contacted the organic solvent.
5.4 Storage life: 5 years.
